My name is Caroline, and I’m a 21-year-old self-taught photographer. I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, and during my second year of college, I realized that the dream I’d had since I was little wasn’t nearly as out of reach as I had once thought.

I recently graduated from Southern Illinois University! SIU gave me so much more than just a degree, it gave me the place where Caroline Behind The Camera was born. Because of the people I met and the experiences I had, I now have the opportunity to serve both Central and Southern Illinois.
I cannot believe this has been my calling for almost three years! They say time flies when you’re having fun!! Seriously forever grateful and blessed this is what I get to call work, because honestly, it rarely feels like it.
